So currently there's:

/usr/local/tomcat/logs/catalina.out
/usr/local/tomcat/logs/atlassian_jira.DATE
/etc/mod_jk.log
/etc/http/log/track,sipfoundry.org-access.log
/etc/http/log/track,sipfoundry.org-error.log

Lets move these all to /var/log/track.

I have unified all the apache logs into just access_log and error_log to make it easier to do the statistics.

The other logs are up to you, Sean.
