I just tried to sign the contributor form, but when I click on the
Accept button the webserver sends me a perl script in raw format. So
I guess signing was not successfull

I've partially fixed this. You now have to log in to submit the form (which ties it to who is filling it in).

The returned page should be different... right now it just serves the form again. I will try to get a look at this asap, but the form is actually being correctly recorded.

The basic problem is fixed. In the process, I've changed it so that the form must be submitted using a valid SIPfoundry account (which gives us some authentication of the submitter).

I am leaving this open at a lower severity because now that I've done that much, just a little more work will make it easy to pre-fill a couple of fields on the form.
