Nortel 1140E SIP set locks up when call is transferred on SCS500 Interop Server but not seen when connected to GA SCS500 R2

Environment: SCS Interop Server in Ottawa (Paul Mossman)

Issue:
After the 1140E transfers an incoming call to another user on SCS the 1140E LCD shows set locked up and no key could be pressed. Recovery of set by power off/on
Setup:
This issue happens on the SCS Interop server in ottawa (http://bcmdesk2062) but not seen when the the 1140E is connected to the SCS500R2 GA build:
LG set User 1222 IP: 192.122.24.106
Nortel 1140E set User 1221 IP: 192.122.24.102
Other SCS User: 1223 IP: 192.122.24.107 (LG 6830)
SCS IP : 47.135.152.62 (bcmdesk2602.ca.nortel.com)
Scenario:
User 1222 calls to 1221
Call is answered
User 1222 then transfers (blind or consult it does not matter) the call to 1223
On the 1140E (User 1221) "Transferring" is seen on the LCD then "Transfer Suceeded" with soft "OK" key. After pressing soft OK key nothing happens all other keys on 1140E are pressed and nothing happens to recover set power off/on
