Despite that the "Send Profile" operation applies to a phone as a whole, the "Send Profile" button is only on the Identification page in the Phone group. So for instance, if you change a parameter on another page, you have to navigate back to Identification to push "Send Profile". (This really ought to be attached to the information that doesn't change as you navigate betwen phone pages, rather than being part of one page in the Phone group.)
