Steps to reproduce :
1. Login to the ConfigServer Admin Web UI
2. Navigate to Features ---> Auto Attendants ---> Dafaults---> Invalid Response tab.
3. Now Set the value of Transfer Extension to any special characters like !@#$%
4. Now click on Apply
Expected Result.
Should display an appropriate Error, say "Please enter a list of numbers or names, for example: joe 508 "
Actaul Result.
The values get saved and same can be seen on the next visit to the page.
Also, this value can be seen in Operator and After Hours Auto Attendant page.
