When same Dialpad number is given for different Auto Attendant actions, should give an error message

Steps to reproduce :

1. Login to the ConfigServer Admin Web UI
2. Navigate to Features ---> Auto Attendants tab
3. Click on Add Attendant link and add the New Auto Attendant with the following details :

Name : Test_1
     Upload the test_autoattendent.wav by browsing.
     1 -->Repeat the Prompt
     1 --> Operator
     2-->Deposit voicemail--> 132
     2-->Go to extension -->133
     3-->Auto Attendant --> operator
     3-->Voicemail Login
     4-->Dial By Name
     4-->Disconnects

4. Click on the Apply button

Expected Result.
Should display an appropriate Error, and it should not allow the user to have the same Dialpad numbers with the two different Auto Attendant menu options.

Actaul Result:
Displays the message " Changes applied successfully" and then Config UI rearranges all the menu options by itself.

Not sure whether it is a bug or Is it a new feature of the Auto Attendant in Config UI?

Yes: I think that there should be a warning that entries were changed. But I also think it should be a warning not an error.
