'Enable Special Digits' needs to be 'disable' by default for using '#' to end dialing on Audiocodes g/w

In order to use '#' to end dialing on Audiocodes g/w, the value for "Enable Special Digits" needs to be set to "disable" (Under 'DTMF & Dialing' Advanced Settings for the FXS gateway from the SCS web GUI).

The default for this value is 'enable' (checked) and needs to be changed to 'disable' (unchecked).

From AC User's Manual:

Enable Special Digits
[IsSpecialDigits]

Disable [0] = '*' or '#' terminate number collection (default).
Enable [1] = if you want to allow '*' and '#' to be used for telephone numbers dialed by a user or entered for the endpoint telephone number.

Note: The # and * can always be used as first digit of a dialed number, even if you select 'Disable' for this parameter.
