Environment: sipXecs 3.7.6, Polycom 2.1 firmware

 Description  « Hide
Dialiing a 3 digit extension (e.g. 101, 300, etc.) pressing the line key first (hearing dial tone) and then starting to dial the number fails after the first digit.

Dialing the same number by dialing first and then press the line key works.

I do not remember having had that problem using Polycom 1.6.x firmware. This is using the standard dialplan generated by sipXconfig for the phone.

Downgraded this to Minor from Major since a workaround (dial the number first and then press the line key) exists.

Raghu, I know you still have a phone with 1.6.x firmware. Could you please test and see if this problem exists for 1.6.x firmware? Thanks.

i could reproduce this issue using Polycom phones with firmware -2.0.

Registered three polycom phones(2.0) with extensions:258,125 and 109 respectively.
Dialing 125 from 258 by pressing the line key first worked fine.
But when i dialed 109, i got a 404 not found.
Same thing happened for extensions 100 and 101.
This problem is seen for extensions starting with 10x only.
The phone took only two digits,10 when i dialed extensions-100,101 and 109 respectively.

This problem is not seen in Poycom phones with firmware -1.6.x.
Dialing 100 or 101 by pressing the line key first worked fine.

Martin, It looks like that this problem was introduced by Polycom 2.x firmware. SQA could not reproduce this problem with 1.6.x firmware. Please advise what you would like to do with this. Thanks.
