We continue to have difficulty getting snapshots of configurations and logs. Partly this is because files often exceed 10M and therefore cannot be sent via email. Other times customers cannot provide remote access due to security reasons.
Therefore, sipXconfig should be able to initiate a transfer of the snapshot file to a URL specified by the admin. That URL would point at a server run by support and allow simple and fast retrieval of the snapshot file.
