We could use a tool or set of tools that would help creating and verifying language packs for sipXconfig. Some possible features might include:
- creating empty language pack with all the files and properties used in current version of sipXconfig
- listing all keys that do not have a translation in the language pack
- stripping keys that have been removed in newer version of sipXconfig
- verifying Java compatible encoding of properties files
