Add new tool to sipXtools that can test LDAP servers by generating the same LDAP requests that sipXconfig does when configuring LDAP mapping.
sipXconfig retrieves and parses the schema and tries to do that in a standard way but we need to update the code to work with new types of LDAP server.
The purpose of sipx-ldap-check would be to (1) determine if LDAP server would work with sipXconfig (2) provide some data for sipXconfig developers that would allow us to enable support for new LDAP server types
