When adding a new linksys spa942 phone (from the user->phones), the following parameters are wrong in the phone config file:
Auth resync-reboot: checked - must be unchecked because of the following: when sipx tries to reset a phone, it sends NOTIFY with check-sync event. If Auth resync-reboot is checked, spa942 will request digest authorization (in reply to NOTIFY with check-sync). But sipx does not support digest authorization with NOTIFY messages. As a result, it is not possible to reset the phone from sipx UI. So, this parameter must be unchecked.
MoH server: missing. Result: MoH does not work. Should be set to ~~mh~@<sip domain>.
Voice mail extention: missing. Result: the phone does not know where to call for voice mail. Should be set to number, configured in "voicemail" dial rule.
Voice Mail Server: missing. Result: The phone does not know where to subscribe for message summary. Should be set to <this user extention>@<sip domain>.

Several configuration parameters missing in default config file for linksys spa942 phone
"message waiting" is checked by default now. This causes message waiting lamp to be turned on regardless of real message existance.
Should be unchecked by defalt.
