Precondition :
1. Create a User group test1
2. Enable Record System Prompts permission.
3. Disable all other permissions.
4. Create a User group test2
5. Enable Internal Voicemail Server permission.
6. Disable all other permissions.
7. Create a new User 700.
Steps to Reproduce :
1. Add the user 700 to both user groups test1 and test2.
2. Go to Users --> 700 --> Permissions.
Expected Result :
Both Record System Prompts and Internal Voicemail Server permissions should be enabled for user 700.
Actual Result :
Only Record System Prompts permission is enabled. Internal Voicemail Server permission is Disabled.
Observation :
1. Same is reflected in /var/sipxdata/sipdb/permission.xml
2. This issue exists only for Internal Voicemail Server Permission.
3. This issue is reproducible even if step 2 in precondition is skipped.
4. If Internal Voicemail Server permission is enabled in both the user groups then this issue does not exist.
