After running all the Diagnostic Configuration tests from the GUI the DNS & NTP tests fail as "Unknown"
I have configured both DNS and NTP servers under Devices>network parameters
Screenshots and snapshot attached
I then downloaded and ran the Preflight tool and that skipped the NTP, TFTP, FTP, HTTP tests due to my configuration as I am not using SRV records in DNS I am using the FQDN as the SIP Domian as I have no control over my DNS servers.

We strongly recommend the use of SRV records. Otherwise some of our features, such as high availability, will not work. In accordance with that recommendation, the DNS test treats the lack of SRV records as an error.

If the customer has a DNS server which does not support SRV records, our server can supply one which does.

Re-open issue as it is not mentioned in the "Hover tooltip" on the GUI page that SRV records are a requirement for the DNS and NTP configuration tests to run.
Changed title to reflect this.
Need the popup Tooltip to reflect the fact that SRV records must be configured in order to run these tests

The DNS test actually reports a warning if no SRV records are discovered. This can be seen, for example, in the first screenshot attached to this issue. So the correct action here should be to change the config server UI to report this as a warning and not a failure.

SRV records are not required for the NTP test. Chris, what caused you to draw that conclusion.

Further investigation shows that the NTP test is reliant on DHCP not SRV,
