Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Diagnostics---->ACD Reports page
2. Edit the Start time as 456789 and click on Apply button.
Expected Result: An error message should be displayed saying "Invalid 'time' format for Start. Format is HH:MM A. "
Actual Result: An error message displayed is "Invalid 'date' format for Start. Format is HH:MM A. "

Observations:
The above behavior can be observed for End time of ACD Reports page and observed same for Start and End time of CDR page
