Precondition:
1)French localization should be installed from the localization page
2)Services should be restarted from the console
2)On tools->Internet options-->add the new French language and make it a top priority.
3)One phone should be added with out any line assigned to it.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Navigate to Périphériques-->Téléphones and click on the phone link that was added
2)Now click on "Ajouter une ligne" link and Click on search button

Expected response:
All users that were added should be displayed

Actual response:
"An internal error has occurred. Click here to continue." message is displayed


Observation:
1)Internal exception is also seen with other localization packages such as Dutch and Spanish
2)sipxconfig.log file shows the following logs
