Steps:
1. Go to Features ---> Auto Attendants page.
2. Click on Add Attendant link to add a new Attendant with following details:
Name:-Test_AA
Prompt: Browse and upload a prompt, say <welcome.wav>
* - Repeat prompt
0 - Operator
1 - Deposit Voicemail to 201
2 - Disconnect
3. Click on Add button and then Apply button.
4. Now, click on Reset to Defaults button.

Expected Result:
The page should get refreshed and Attendant Test_AA should have the default Actions - Repeat Prompt and Operator as shown in default.jpg.

Actual Result:
The page gets refreshed but the Attendant Test_AA has all the above added Actions as shown in Not_reset_after_reset_to_defaults.jpg.

Observations:
Reset to Defaults works as expected, when deleted all the above added Actions and then clicked on Reset to Defaults button.
