According to the FreeSWITCH documentation additional features exist in mod_conference. The following have high value and should be added to sipXconfig:

recording:
conference foo record /tmp/foo.wav

This allows to turn recording on and off. Recorded wav files should be retrievable from the conference admin's user portal.

Role call:
Lists all or a specific conference members.
