As part of the effort to eliminate *-config.in files, sipXconfig needs to support the generation of sipxpresence-config. User-configurable parameters in this file need to be stored in the sipXconfig database, while system settings can be set using sipxconfig.properties.in

Verified the fix using,

sipxproxy 3.11.6-013447 2008-09-17T04:24:30 oem-centos5
sipxconfig 3.11.6-013447 2008-09-17T04:36:03 oem-centos5

Unlike other configuration files that are located in /etc/sipxpbx/,
the "sipxpresence-config" is found under the following path
/usr/bin.

However, as all the configuration files are under /etc/sipxpbx,
sipxpresence-config should also be moved to /etc/sipxpbx.
