Steps to Reproduce :-

Navigate to Devices->Gateways.
Click on "Send All Profiles".

Expected result: Should Display Message " 0 profile(s) will be generated. Go to Job Status page to monitor operation progress"

Actual Result : An internal Exception occurs and displays the message "An internal exception has occured.click here to continue".

XCF-2689 fix listenr name on the ListGateways page

Incorrect name of the listener method (was: propagateAllGateways, should be: propagateAll), 'send
all profiles' action was causing exceptions.

Verified the Issue and is not reproducible on the following build,
sipxproxy 3.11.5-013228 2008-08-07T14:21:08 oem-centos5
sipxconfig 3.11.5-013228 2008-08-07T14:43:41 oem-centos5

Hence closing the issue.
