Enabling/disabling dialing rules, call groups, and other such objects can be a little confusing and could be more efficient. Right now, if you are looking at the list of dialing rules and want to enable one of them, you have to click on the dialing rule link to an edit page, turn on the "enabled" checkbox, then hit OK to get back to the dial plan page. (One user we were talking to was confused and thought that by clicking on the selection checkbox, then hitting "Activate Plan", he could turn on a dialing rule.) This is aggravated by the fact that the dialing rule link is not obviously a link -- it's not underlined, you have to mouse over the rule name to see that it's a link.
Proposed fix: instead of "enabled" or "disabled" being shown as static text, instead make this editable inline. Use a popup with two values rather than a checkbox, because it would be confusing to have two checkboxes in the same row.
