Dialplan and 911 settings exist on both phone and line settings. Polycom documentation states that if line settings are blank, then phone settings are used. This is poorman's inheritance. Using sipXconfig, you can use phone groups to inherit w/much more flexibility, so I suggest we mark the line settings advanced so they don't show-up unless someone knows what they are doing.
