The test sipXcallLib/src/test/tapi/SipSubscriptionTest.cpp (also called SipSubcriptionTest.cpp) has been around for at least a year, but it seems to have never been activated, at least no in SIPfoundry main. Attempting to execute it detected an error, which is probably an error in the test. The test should be cleaned up and activated. Or thrown away.
