when upload chinese name wav file for ACD, It will display as ugly hexes name in the directory as following:

[root@ecs audio]# pwd
/var/sipxdata/sipxacd/audio
[root@ecs audio]# ls
%E4%B8%8D%E6%80%95%E4%BB%98%E5%87%BA.wav %E8%AF%A5%E6%AD%BB%E7%9A%84%E6%B8%A9%E6%9F%94.wav
%E6%9C%80%E5%88%9D%E7%9A%84%E6%A2%A6%E6%83%B3.wav
[root@ecs audio]#

while the chinese names being:

不怕付出.wav
最初的梦想.wav
该死的温柔.wav

chinese wav file for others are OK:

[root@ecs prompts]# pwd
/var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/prompts
[root@ecs prompts]# ls
afterhours.wav autoattendant.wav test.wav 爱我到今生.wav
[root@ecs prompts]#

[root@ecs music]# pwd
/var/sipxdata/parkserver/music
[root@ecs music]# ls

I suggest store and read the file with normal chinese name so that we can maintance the system easily
