sipXtapi: sipXmediaLib

The sipXmediaLib includes all of the audio processing used in the sipXphone and sipXvxml projects. For example, the library contains audio bridges, audio splitters, echo supression, tone generation (e.g. DTMF), streaming support, RTCP, G711 codecs, etc.
