Steps to reproduce:
1.Add an Aastra phone(dummy phone) along with the line to the ConfigUI.
2.Send the profile to the phone with the default settings.
3.Check in the <xxxxxxxxxxxx>.cfg file for Time Zone field in Date &Time parameter in the console.
Expected Result:
Time Zone field should be set to GMT+05:30 Bangalore, India as default.
Actual Result:
Time Zone field is set to SG-Singapore as default.
