This was found in our labs when performing SIP Interoperability testing against Nortel SCS500. The issue is one of the required Pass Test Cases for SIP "Phone" UAs to be listed as "Registered" SIP Interoperable with Nortel SCS500. It requires that the UA meet a set of the guidelines for Dialog Event Packages described in
http://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-worley-sip-dialog-03.txt. The errors are as follows (details are attached):
- Guideline 5: Duration element absent.
- Guideline 6B/6D: Local identity absent.
- Guideline 6C/6E: Local target 'sip:
1332@hhart0a4.europe.nortel.com' is not an IP address.
- Guideline 6B/6D: Remote identity 'sip:
1331@192.122.24.185:5060' is not an AOR in hhart0a4.europe.nortel.com.
- Guideline 6C/6E: Remote target absent.
