Two phones Aastra (55i),and any other phone should be registered to interop server with user id 1986 and 1981 respectively

Steps followed
Dial *631986 from User agent 1981.

Expected response:
Require header should display name "merde " and call should get rejected with 420 response

Actual response:
Call is being established between user agent 1981 and 1986 and there is clear audio flow and the require header has "merde"
