The new VM system is having difficulty reading the mailbox, and is throwing an exception.
Can you please tar up and attach to this issue the contents of: /var/sipxdata/mediaserver/ (that isn't part of a normal snapshot) Thanks. --Woof! Never mind. Logged into SUT and saw the problem first hand.
--Woof! sipXivr: create inbox, saved, and deleted dirs in mailbox if needed
There was an assumption that these directories existed if the top level mailbox existed. It seems they didn't always! --Woof! This issue has been verified on the following build :
sipxproxy 4.1.0-015898 2009-07-05T13:24:01 oem-centos5 sipxconfig 4.1.0-015898 2009-07-05T13:43:04 oem-centos5 After dialing 101 and entering the PIN followed by # , VM options are prompted as expected. Hence, closing the issue. |

I dialed 101 and happened to log in as a different user by pressing #.
Entered the extension and PIN followed by # at the appropriate prompts.
Call was disconnected instead of prompting voice mail options.
Thanks,
Vani
