    Intermittant Presence issues were seen with Remote SIP users connected to Ottawa Trial betweek approx 10:30 am GMT and 12:00 GMT
    "Stuck Up Busy User 2177"
    This issue was seen on both my Remote IP set and Al Campbell's
    We both have a Speed Dial with Presence for User 2177 (Raghu in QA Bangalore)
    My User is 2500
    Al is 2048
    I noticed that Raghu's speed dial was showing busy for most of the morning here in UK
    I noticed it at around 10:30 in UK GMT

    At approx 11:45 am GMT Al called me and both my speed dial at Al's set and my speed dial of Al did not show that we were on calls.
    Al called a little while later approx 11:54am GMT and the Speedials on both sets then showed busy, it seems that the issue is intermittant but is recovering.
    The Snapshot I attempted to get but was too big (148Mb) to attach to this Jira.
    Please get the required Logs from the Live system

Happened to see similar issue with respect to IM.
The phones associated with the IM enabled users were made to be busy with audio connectivity frequently.

After some time I saw that the xmpp presence status for the both users showed to be "On the Phone" though they were idle.

Attaching the log for the same.

PS:Performed these scenario on one of our test SUTs.

This should be fixed by rev. 18341, which is now running on scstrial.
