    Just run the sipxconfig server and you should see this warning, byproduct of hibernate upgrade I'm sure

w/o investigation, we have to assume this affects system stability. in addition, it's the only error reported in log, hence will flood mailing list and support with "my system doesn't work. my ehcache is failing"
